Instructions for oral presentations

The time slots, questions included, are 40 minutes for keynote lectures and 20 minutes for contributed talks.

To promote scientific exchange, we strongly encourage authors to size their presentation to allow 5 minutes for questions (35+5 for keynotes, 15+5 for contributed talks).

Your presentation should be saved as a pdf or pptx file named SURNAME.pdf (or SURNAME.pptx) and delivered on a USB key to be transferred to the computer during the conference, before your session starts. Due to constraints on video equipment, the use of personal computers will not be possible.
